Outsourcing - Make us your I.T Department

For your convenience and security our support packages operate using a credits based system allowing you to receive a guranteed level of service for a fixed cost to suit your immediate budget. Of course, additional credits can be purchased at any time. If however this does not suit your requirements please feel free to discuss alternative arrangements.

It is up to you how you utilise your credits, 4 credits = 1 hour so can be used in quarter-hour increments to provide anything from telephone support to on-site consultancy or systems development.

An up-to-date statement of your used and remaining credits can be made available at any time so that you can monitor usage and plan for the future.

*Credits are valid for one year from the date of purchase. If a credits based system does not suit your needs we are happy to discuss ways in which we may be able to fit in with your requirements.

Short-term help for your business (consultancy and fixed-term contracts)

If you have a need for an extra pair of hands during a busy period, or need cover for a staff absence then Frea Technology can help, we can provide fixed-term cover at a reasonable price to help you through your busy times.

If you require networking support we have options from many vendors such as Cisco or Hewlett Packard available to give you the most robust service possible.
